From the first day I walked into the Pakenham office Brendan was great to deal with and it has been a stress free process. Brendan overall knowledge and experience in the local property market assist myself in make the correct decision and I’m satisfied with the final outcome
During the sale process we found a defect in regards to the building that was not known due to the property was an investment rental property. Due to my location In Queensland Brendan assist in obtaining quotes for the repairs. It was a great help and Brendan was always willing to go the extra mile to assist.
